Project Specialist

• Previous experience in project coordination, successful management of projects from initiation to completion
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and SharePoint
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work cross-functionally and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Turkish/Polish is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related fields

• Support Project Managers with meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
• Own and manage assigned tasks and issues, escalating when necessary
• Maintain project roadmaps and ensure accurate updates in Jira, Planner, and related tools
• Monitor Service Desk incidents and collaborate with teams to support timely resolution
• Coordinate with IT teams during urgent or emergency situations
• Track and manage SDLC activities for assigned digital products using Jira and Confluence
• Maintain visual project and SDLC plans to support progress tracking
• Review business analysis documentation and provide feedback to Business Owners
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate deliverables, and log defects or requirements in Jira
• Track approvals, feedback, and testing outcomes, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
