ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity. • Fluency in English and German.
• At least 7+ years of experience managing delivery of multiple IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in complex and dynamic environments, ideally in global Finance/Insurance or regulated industries.
• Experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Networks, Engineering, Application Management, Workplace tooling, and IT Support.
• Working knowledge of Project/Programme Management methodologies such as MSP, Prince2, and Agile.
• Strong management skills including project management, financial management, change management, and facilitation.
• Experience in setting up and driving successful global programmes.
• Strong personal organizational skills and ability to coordinate global efforts for successful project delivery.
• Ability to work in complex organizational structures and drive delivery resulting in business outcomes and stakeholder benefit.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, scoping, costing, and scheduling abilities.
• Proven ability to create meaningful reports and summarize project health status for stakeholder presentations.
• Ability to drive functional and geographic workstreams and coordinate unified delivery to the business.
• Knowledge of infrastructure integration issues at the international level.
• Experience managing distributed teams and working in matrix setups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Driving multiple complex projects with budgets of approximately €1m - €3m using formal project management techniques.
• Planning and follow-up on assigned projects including time scheduling, cost planning, resource management, and quality assurance.
• Producing a Charter for each project based on agreed scope, budget, resources, schedule, approach, and sequencing of work.
• Collaborating with internal ERGO partners to troubleshoot project planning issues and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
• Preparing, planning, and supervising IT project delivery, implementation, and integration of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Proactively managing project risks and issues with effective mitigation plans.
• Managing project meetings, schedules, milestones, and delivery.
• Preparing project correspondence and presentations for status reports, executive updates, and meetings.
• Ensuring active tracking and management of all project costs including SOWs, Purchase Orders, contracts, and resource assignments.
• Coordinating completion of documentation, project plans, change requests, approvals, lifecycle steps, and compliance gate requests on time.
• Building and maintaining successful relationships with teams and business partners.
• Traveling to European ERGO locations as required.
