• Good knowledge of IT networks (LAN, routing, switching) and basic skills in CLI and configuration tools
• Technical understanding of fiber optic infrastructure
• Ability to analyze technical and tender documentation
• Ability to combine technical work with supporting sales tasks
• Communication skills, independence, and good work organization
• Driving license category B
• English language skills allowing fluent communication

Nice to have:

• Experience with EPON/GPON/XGS PON
• Experience in RMA processes
• Knowledge of ISP/operator/telecommunications integrator market
• Practice in preparing technical offers
• Industry certifications

• Preparing technical parts of offers and cost estimates
• Creating technical documentation and offers according to project requirements
• Collaborating with the sales department on AV/IT/GPON solutions
• Analyzing SWZ/SIWZ and technical requirements of clients
• Preparing technical parts of tender offers
• Supporting in compiling documents, certificates, and catalog cards
• Communicating with clients and providing technical explanations
• Configuring and basic diagnostics of OLT
• Collaborating with implementation and service teams during deployments
• Receiving and verifying devices reported for RMA
• Basic diagnosis of IT devices
• Preparing reports and communicating with manufacturers/suppliers
• Maintaining records of equipment, statuses, and returns
