SailPoint IdentityIQ Consultant (f/m/x)

We are looking for an IAM Specialist with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ to support and enhance identity and access management processes. The role combines operational responsibilities with technical exposure, including incident handling, identity data processing, and workflow support within the IdentityIQ platform. You will work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure the smooth execution of IAM processes and the continuous improvement of the environment. This position is ideal for someone with a solid IAM foundation who is looking to grow into a more development-oriented role within SailPoint.

• At least 3 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
• Experience in incident management and operational support
• Familiarity with identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver)
• Basic understanding of identity data flows, provisioning, and access requests
• Experience with testing and validation of system workflows
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot technical issues
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as GCIH, GCIA, GCFE, GCDA, CISSP, CISM
• Experience with automation (Python, Terraform, CI/CD)
• Background in SOC leadership or cyber program development

• Manage and resolve IAM-related incidents within SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Monitor and handle request queues, ensuring timely processing and SLA compliance
• Support identity data preprocessing and integration into SailPoint (identity aggregation)
• Execute and validate access request workflows and provisioning processes
• Perform testing of IAM workloads, workflows, and system changes
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues related to IdentityIQ workflows and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper issue resolution and process alignment
• Maintain basic monitoring of the IdentityIQ environment and supporting infrastructure
• Contribute to process improvements to reduce incident volume and increase efficiency
