IT Project Manager (Software House background)

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT company as Project Manager
• Product-focused mindset: understanding products; ability to identify product needs and supporting product growth
• Fluent English (C1)
• Fluent Polish (C1)
• Strong sense of responsibility and independence
• Experience with Jira
• Experience in managing web and mobile applications
• Good organization and prioritization skills
• Experience in managing small teams (up to 6-8 team members)
• Ability to negotiate with clients and developers
• Creative problem solving (in projects and in communication with a client)
• Ability to gather customer feedback and readiness to communicate it to developers
• Experience in managing budgets
• Ability to make decisions and work under time pressure

Nice to have:

• Preferred experience in a software house.

• Leading projects for clients around the world (building products from scratch and developing existing ones)
• Supervising work on mobile and web applications
• Contacting and maintaining relations with both sides: clients and developers
• Creating specifications and valuations of projects
• Negotiating with clients and developers
• Creating reports and settlements, keeping all kinds of documents in order
• Controlling projects’ budgets, keeping track of deadlines and estimating delivery time
• Taking care of developers in a project, as well as planning and managing your team work
• Advising the client (business solutions or recommending the appropriate approach to the project)
