Technical Engineer with German

• Knowledge of Windows Server
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Basic database knowledge (e.g. MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Ability to perform basic database queries
• Experience with or interest in application and infrastructure support in an operational role
• Good communication skills in German and English

Nice to have:

• Experience with monitoring tools and system logs
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
• Valid ITIL v4 certificate (or newer) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SAP

• Performing daily administrative and operational tasks related to applications and infrastructure
• Handling incidents and service requests as part of 2nd line support
• Monitoring applications, systems, and batch processes
• Analyzing logs and operational data
• Cooperating with other technical teams
• Working in accordance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Creating, updating, and following operational documentation and procedures
