Copilot Agent & SDLC Context Platform Engineer

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or workflow automation
• Experience at Principal / Staff Engineer level
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot (Custom Agents, enterprise workflows) and VS Code
• Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow / Prefect / Dagster)
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Node.js, Scala
• Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation
• Experience in building data-centric or DevOps platforms
• Knowledge of MCP servers
• Experience in automotive or regulated environments (ISO 26262, ASPICE, MISRA, ISO 21434)

Nice to have:

• Experience with OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Neo4j, vector search

• Designing and building a contextual platform for GitHub Copilot Custom Agents
• Developing MCP servers, RAG pipelines, and data structures for developer context
• Integrating SDLC processes with automation, orchestration, and event-driven workflows
• Building systems that ensure compliance, security scanning, and quality gates
• Providing full visibility and actionable insights across the engineering ecosystem
• Supporting development teams in increasing productivity
• Working in an international and distributed environment
