Business Workflow Engineer

Join Natek as a Business Workflow Engineer and team responsible for Client & Transaction Reporting and AM Regulation. In this role, you will focus on designing and developing workflow solutions using Flowable, as well as integrating them into existing systems via APIs.

The team operates within the Asset Management domain, covering areas such as portfolio accounting, trade processing, and client & operational reporting. You will work with large, reliable, time-sensitive datasets, contributing to the continuous improvement of systems that support more sustainable investments. The role also involves driving business process optimization and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience in business workflow engineering
• Min. 1+ year experience with Flowable (design modeling, development) and Java Spring
• Experience with REST APIs – design and integration
• Experience in developing and maintaining complex workflows
• Experience in troubleshooting Flowable-based environments
• Higher education degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
• Knowledge of workflow tools (Flowable or similar)
• Knowledge of Java Spring framework
• Experience with system integrations (API-based)
