SAP PP-PI & MES Integration Consultant (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP-PI & MES Integration Consultant to support the rollout of an existing Biopharma manufacturing template to a new Animal Health plant. The role focuses on SAP PP-PI implementation and integration with MES Werum PAS-X, including configuration, interfaces, testing, training, and go-live support.

• Strong SAP PP-PI hands-on expertise and manufacturing process knowledge
• 10+ years of SAP implementation/rollout experience (customizing level)
• MES integration experience (preferably Werum PAS-X)
• Strong IDoc interface experience and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in integration/interface coordination roles
• Good understanding of ABAP (debugging, functional specs, cooperation with developers)
• Experience in regulated environments (CSV, SDLC, audits/compliance)
• SAP ECC experience in PP/MM/SD (customizing level)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under go-live pressure
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

• Support rollout of the SAP Biopharma manufacturing template including MES PAS-X integration
• Configure and customize SAP PP-PI for manufacturing processes
• Support custom SAP–PAS-X (iMES) integration and IDoc-based interfaces
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues (IDocs, interfaces)
• Coordinate integration testing, UAT, and validation testing
• Support training preparation and delivery for key/end users
• Provide go-live support and hypercare
• Collaborate with IT, business, validation/quality teams, and vendors
• Support SDLC/CSV documentation and compliance activities
