Business and Systems Analyst (f/m/x)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Experience in banking, financial sector, or e-commerce
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation, SQL, and modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect)
• Experience working with SCRUM methodology
• Proficiency in Confluence and JIRA and experience using collaborative work tools
• Knowledge of manual application testing: creating test scenarios and cases, executing tests, recording and handling errors
• Advanced knowledge of English and Polish languages

• Gathering, agreeing on, and analyzing business requirements and developing solution recommendations
• Defining non-functional system requirements based on business requirements analysis and collaboration with IT departments
• Cooperating with internal experts and managers to design optimal solutions
• Preparing documentation describing functional requirements
• Modeling business processes
• Collaborating with internal clients and project teams
• Preparing test scenarios and cases, executing tests, recording and handling errors
