Wymagania
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE with a focus on GitLab administration and CI/CD
- Proficiency in CI/CD concepts: branching strategies, pipeline as code, artifacts, environments, approvals, and compliance controls
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience deploying and scaling GitLab Runners on Kubernetes, with expertise in Prometheus and Grafana
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and configuration management tools (Ansible or similar)
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, ownership mindset, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Nice to have:
- Experience with GitLab Premium or Ultimate features
- Knowledge of enterprise security best practices and compliance standards
- Additional automation tools and AI-driven solution experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record working in Azure cloud environments and enterprise settings

- Drive the evolution of the centralized GitLab SDLC platform and Azure-based DevOps solutions.
CI/CD Optimization:
- Design and automate advanced, reusable pipelines to streamline software delivery across product teams.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Build and manage scalable, secure Azure environments using modern automation tools.
Team Enablement:
- Empower development teams by providing innovative tooling and self-service capabilities.
Enterprise Security:
- Implement DevSecOps practices and maintain high-standard security guardrails within the automation workflow.
Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and lead the transition toward more efficient, modern DevOps practices.
