As a Business Development Manager at Comarch Group, you will develop the ICT business line within the Enterprise client portfolio, focusing on global clients in Banking & Insurance, Telecommunications, Loyalty & Marketing, E-Invoicing (EDI), ERP & Industry. The role targets high-value contracts primarily in the DACH region, leveraging Comarch’s global Data Center infrastructure.
Wymagania
- Degree in business, finance, marketing, technical studies, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience selling enterprise IT solutions and high-tech services
- Strong English and German verbal and written communication skills (C1 level)
- Documented success in sales and cross-selling of ICT services including Managed Services, Cloud, and Outsourcing
- Confidence in commercial negotiations at the C-level with senior executives
- Modern sales mindset using AI tools
- In-depth knowledge of the global IT market for strategic positioning
- Strong initiative and ability to influence outcomes and drive decisions at senior levels
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven consultative sales approach with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Obowiązki
- Develop and execute proactive sales strategy to acquire new customers within the IT sector and related high-tech industries
- Identify and establish contact with key decision-makers and C-level executives within prospective customer structures
- Lead the complete sales process from lead generation to final deal closure
- Conduct continuous market analysis and monitor competitor activity to identify trends and position IT solutions
- Conduct high-level presentations and demos using a value-based approach
- Coordinate preparation of high-quality proposals with internal stakeholders including pre-sales, R&D, and implementation teams
- Manage and grow key accounts ensuring long-term satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations and oversee contract finalization
- Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and networking events
- Collaborate with Marketing and Production departments to align sales activities with product roadmaps and report on KPIs
