- Proven experience delivering SAP projects, ideally including ECC to S/4HANA migrations
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Hands-on experience with cutover management (as Cutover Manager or workstream owner)
- Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with both business and technical teams
Obowiązki
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality
- Coordinate dependencies across business and technical workstreams
- Drive project governance, planning, and risk management
- Take full ownership of cutover activities, including:
- defining cutover strategy
- leading mock cutovers
- ensuring go-live readiness
- executing go-live
- Ensure a smooth transition to hypercare and support phases
