Development Manager - AI product

As Development Manager - AI Product for Neo within the Global Delivery Center, you will play a key role in shaping how AI is experienced by users across Capgemini. Neo is the Group wide AI platform, and this role is central to transforming advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, high quality user facing products.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience leading frontend or digital product engineering teams in complex environments
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user centered design, and modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Hands on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js) and large scale application delivery
• Solid understanding of how AI/ML capabilities translate into effective, user facing interfaces

As Development Manager for AI Product within Neo, you will be responsible for both people leadership and technical direction, ensuring the delivery of user centric AI experiences that meet enterprise grade standards.

• Lead, coach, and develop a combined team of frontend engineers and UI/UX designers delivering AI powered product experiences
• Drive the design, development, and continuous iteration of Neo’s user interfaces and end to end user experience
• Ensure strong UI/UX standards, accessibility, and visual consistency across the platform
• Own frontend architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with product, AI/ML engineering, cloud, and change teams to translate business needs into user centric features
• Act as a key contributor to the AI product roadmap, aligning delivery with platform and business priorities
• Promote best practices in frontend engineering, design systems, and product craftsmanship
• Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
