ServiceNow Developer (SAM/ITOM)

The client operates in the logistics and aviation industry, working on an enterprise project involving the development and integration of SAM and ITOM areas within the ServiceNow platform.

• Experience working with ServiceNow, especially SAM Pro and ITOM.
• Practical knowledge of ITOM Discovery and CMDB.
• Experience with system integrations (API, SSO - Microsoft Entra ID).
• Ability to work with business requirements and implement them technically.
• English language proficiency sufficient for project collaboration.

• Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform (SAM Pro, ITOM).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Implement integrations with external systems including Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, and GitHub.
• Participate in implementations and development of ITOM Discovery (Agent Client Collector).
• Collaborate with business and technical teams in an international environment.
