Forward-Deployed AI Engineer

Blazity is a team of React.js and Next.js experts building modern, API-first digital products. They partner with enterprise clients as trusted technology advisors, delivering solutions that span complex web platforms, e-commerce ecosystems, and custom software products. Recently, they have been expanding their AI capabilities—autonomous agents, AI-driven automation, and LLM-powered workflows—helping companies unlock operational efficiency and innovate at scale.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (consulting, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or technical founder experience).
• Expert in TypeScript and comfortable shipping production code daily.
• Deep knowledge of Next.js and React ecosystem, including migrations, SSR/SSG, Server Components, and performance optimization.
• Production experience with LLMs, AI SDKs, and agentic workflows.
• High agency, comfortable in ambiguity, and able to navigate complex enterprise environments.
• Strong consulting and communication skills—able to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Bonus Points:

• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Contributions to open-source Next.js, React, or AI SDK projects.
• Enterprise deployment experience, including security, compliance, and multi-region architectures.

• Lead complex frontend migrations to Next.js, modernizing legacy React, Vue, or other frameworks.
• Conduct technical assessments and code audits—analyzing performance bottlenecks, architectural anti-patterns, and optimization opportunities.
• Architect and implement high-performance applications leveraging Next.js, Server Components, streaming, ISR, edge functions, and advanced rendering strategies.
• Build production AI solutions, including agentic workflows, autonomous agents, and LLM-powered systems.
• Work directly with client teams to develop production-ready TypeScript code and train client engineers to maintain and extend the solutions.
• Drive enablement through workshops, pair programming, and documentation.
• Participate in pre-sales and solution scoping, providing technical expertise for migrations, AI transformations, and audits.
• Contribute reusable patterns, libraries, and best practices to Blazity’s internal AI and frontend tooling.
