Business Central Consultant (Dynamics 365 BC)

Essential:

• Deep expertise in at least one Dynamics NAV/Business Central module (Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Production, or Financial Management)
• Proven experience implementing Dynamics solutions from the consultant/vendor perspective
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation
• Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic and international)
• Fluency in Polish and English

Highly Valued:

• Experience delivering international projects, particularly in production and/or finance modules

• Knowledge of production accounting practices

• Track record of creating functional specifications for IT systems

• Expertise in business process analysis methodologies

• 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of Business Central, Implementations (consultant/vendor perspective), Finance, BPMN, Project

• Languages: Polish, English

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation projects
• Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and modeling
• Design, configure, and test system solutions aligned with client objectives
• Deliver engaging training sessions and provide strategic advice on process optimization
• Execute pre-implementation analyses and manage project documentation
• Facilitate workshops and project meetings with stakeholders
