Business Systems Analyst

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience working with technical teams (developers, QA)
• Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated industries (gaming, fintech, telecom)
• Experience working with complex or high-scale systems

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams across the full SDLC
• Support delivery by ensuring alignment between business goals and system capabilities
• Perform gap analysis and propose improvements to existing processes and systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement

This is a delivery-focused BA role (not a PM/PO position).

Work location limited to Poland or Italy.
