Test Analyst / Project Coordinator

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience supporting large, global technology initiatives
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)
• Hands-on experience with Functional and E2E testing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a global, multi-cultural environment
• Flexibility to support EMEA/UK and global working hours

• Support regional and global projects across multiple workstreams
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional and offshore stakeholders
• Support SDLC activities across Agile and Waterfall
• Lead and support Functional & E2E testing (planning, execution, defects)
• Conduct test scenario walkthroughs and test script reviews
• Track and resolve testing gaps prior to go-live
• Support release management and production readiness
• Analyze business and technology processes; recommend improvements
• Document findings, processes, user manuals and training materials
• Support operational readiness and ongoing process optimization
