• Expert-level working and design experience with VMware vSphere management (vCenter, ESXi hosts, Virtual Machines) with six years of hands-on experience.
• Advanced experience with hardware management related to virtualization.
• Willingness to learn, proactive approach to finding solutions, listening to client needs, and maintaining system operations.
• Scripting skills to automate repetitive actions (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Working knowledge of English for daily communication and advising.

• Day-to-day management of VMware and DELL-based virtualization infrastructure, including monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of VMware vSphere infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and firmware.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement virtualization solutions that meet organizational requirements.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate VMware solutions with other infrastructure components and technologies.
