Obowiązki
- Define and lead the strategy for new sales excellence initiatives, frameworks, and processes across the sales cycle while embedding AI into daily workflows.
- Lead AI-first commercial process reengineering in collaboration with business and role owners to create clarity, alignment, and consistency across client solution teams and regions.
- Ensure all frameworks are aligned with Client Solutions needs and business priorities.
- Manage strategic initiatives from ideation through delivery and change management.
- Define clear objectives, success metrics, timelines, and governance.
- Collaborate closely with Client Solutions, GTM, RevOps, Marketing, IT, and Enablement to drive adoption and change.
- Act as a trusted partner for senior stakeholders, translating strategy into execution.
