Senior Security Officer – IT Risk & Security (K/M)

For our client, we are looking for a Tribe Security Officer to join a growing Cybersecurity & IT Risk team. This is a great opportunity to combine security, risk, and business perspectives while working in an international environment.

You will join an international Cybersecurity & IT Risk Center of Expertise, working closely with global stakeholders. The Warsaw-based team is still growing, offering a chance to have real impact and visibility in shaping security practices.

• at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT risk
• solid understanding of security, risk management, and governance
• experience or exposure to application security and vulnerability management
• ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• strong communication and analytical skills
• fluency in English

Nice to have:

• certifications such as ISO 27005, ISO 22301, CISSP
• experience in Agile / DevSecOps environments
• exposure to cloud or SaaS environments

• driving the implementation of security, IT risk, and continuity policies
• identifying, assessing, and managing IT risks and mitigation plans
• supporting and monitoring vulnerability management and remediation
• ensuring applications are covered by security tools
• reporting on security posture and risks
• supporting audits and internal controls
• sharing best practices across teams
