Project Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client is a leading automotive sector company. The position is for the financial SSC branch in Warsaw.

• 4-5 years of experience managing complex projects with high quality standards.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Jira, Confluence (MUST HAVE).
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Experience managing business, mandatory/regulatory projects (nice to have).
• Experience in insurance, leasing, banking, or loan industries.
• Ability to delegate tasks and manage project teams.
• Knowledge of full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, stabilization, closure.
• Risk management and project planning skills.
• Ability to prepare and present materials for management.
• Excellent organization, independence, multitasking.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and project accounting.
• Experience in business process modeling and optimization.

• Plan and coordinate project execution at all stages from initiation to closure.
• Manage project team: delegate tasks, plan resources, monitor progress.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, risks, changes, and communication.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers.
• Prepare reports and materials for management and present project results.
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes and status reports.
• Analyze project data (progress, risks, milestones, finances) and generate management reports.
