• Proficiency in Python (Django) and/or Node.js (TypeScript/NestJS) with experience in production services in Python or Go.
• Practical experience with GCP, including Cloud Run, GKE, Filestore, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Ability to design scalable, secure backends and understanding of Zero Trust principles.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture (Pub/Sub).
• Skills in optimizing PostgreSQL for high concurrency.
• Knowledge and implementation of OAuth2 / OpenID Connect.
• Security-first approach (“security as a feature”).
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and build engineering community.
• Awareness of industry trends and ability to implement them.
• Minimum B2 level in English.
