(Mode2) Fullstack Engineer

• 5+ years of professional experience in building production-grade applications using Java and front-end development (React preferred)
• Proficiency in Java and Web API development to build secure and scalable back-end services
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL: advanced T-SQL scripting, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with DevOps and automation practices (CI/CD pipelines)
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from design to production deployment
• Ability to troubleshoot, resolve and prevent issues under demanding conditions
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with React for creating dynamic and interactive UIs
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and performance tuning tools

• Participate in solution and software architecture design
• Lead UI enhancements for better application stability and user experience
• Develop high-quality solutions in line with best design patterns
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and recommend process improvements
• Build and validate application prototypes for new concepts and designs
