Openshift Operations Specialist

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves joining a global team to develop and optimize a new internal cloud platform based on OpenShift technology.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in managing enterprise infrastructure, including container orchestration platforms (OpenShift).
• Strong coding skills in Python and automation experience with Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team environment.

• Manage and optimize an OpenShift-based cloud environment to ensure high availability and performance.
• Develop and implement automation for platform operations using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Write and maintain scripts and tools for infrastructure management using Python.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to container orchestration and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams to deliver the new OpenShift platform and support project go-live activities.
• Participate in on-call duties as required during critical project phases.
