Wymagania
- Higher education or ongoing studies in management or IT; technical studies preferred
- Basic knowledge of software development processes
- Understanding of product development stages and requirements gathering: idea, design (UX/UI), development (front-end, back-end), testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Very good knowledge of Jira and daily backlog, sprint, ticket, and dependency management
- Ability to write clear and useful requirements for developers
- Experience in gathering, refining, and mapping requirements
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Project management skills and methodologies are a plus
- Practical experience in IT-related roles (e.g., quality assurance, development, technical support) is a strong advantage
- Organizational skills including task prioritization and execution
- Communication skills with clients and teams
- Proactive communication, willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT environment
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Good work organization and multitasking ability
- Independence and sense of responsibility
Nice to have:
- Keeping up with rapidly changing technology trends
- Experience in a software house
- Experience collaborating with development and QA teams
- Technical intuition or technical education
- Knowledge of Event Storming, DDD, user story mapping
- Experience in projects for industry, logistics, IoT, or operational processes
- Ability to quickly identify risks, gaps, and ambiguities
Obowiązki
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects using Time & Material and Fixed Price models
- Lead and coordinate IT projects in collaboration with heads of strategic areas
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Create schedules and support budgeting
- Collect and manage client requirements, organizing them for the development team
- Plan and supervise project activities, backlog, budget, risks, communication, and changes
- Organize and conduct meetings with clients and team members
- Create and maintain backlog in Jira
- Select appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) based on project specifics
- Ensure quality support throughout client collaboration by maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and proactively solving problems
- Identify new client requirements and assess their impact on scope, time, and budget
- Prepare estimations for clients in cooperation with the development team and senior PM
- Regularly prepare project status reports for clients
- Continuously improve project management methods by gathering feedback from the team and clients
- Support SLA (Service Level Agreement) processes
