• Experience working on projects involving digital painting and game art.
• Experience managing small teams including graphic artists, animators, programmers, and testers using any project management system.
• Basic knowledge of animation and 2D graphics to understand fundamental techniques.
• Understanding of process optimization and application ergonomics.
• Basic skills in using any graphic software to perform simple sketches and corrections.
• Creativity, perceptiveness, and a well-developed sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to learn quickly, use others' experience, read and create documentation.
• Flexibility to adapt to project requirements and established work standards.
• Ability to maintain personal and team efficiency and continuous progress, inspiring and motivating the team.

• Managing teams of graphic artists and animators during the creation of game visuals using digital painting and 2D techniques based on general assumptions and specific standards.

• Motivating team members and ensuring high efficiency and quality of work.
• Developing visual concepts for games based on general project assumptions.
• Clearly presenting visual and technical aspects of game projects.
• Ensuring consistency of created materials with the established style and taking corrective actions for inconsistencies.
• Close cooperation with programmers and testers.
