Wymagania

  • Willingness to work full-time and be on-call during implementations

Obowiązki

  • Initiate and lead activities to increase the likelihood of Bank Millennium being chosen as the main bank by clients (e.g., onboarding, service activation, salary transfer)
  • Create strategies and recommendations for daily banking processes to develop key client relationships (primacy)
  • Design and implement processes aligned with the "mobile first" philosophy to support a digital, intuitive, and long-term client-bank relationship
  • Design and optimize client onboarding processes, including first login, service activation, and product education
  • Analyze client behaviors and identify opportunities to increase client loyalty to bank products and services using data, insights, and UX research
  • Represent the daily banking area in strategic and transformational projects as an expert voice on building primacy relationships
  • Monitor product success parameters and take appropriate actions for continuous improvement
  • Develop project requirements and documentation
