Test Automation Developer (Python, .Net/C#, PowerShell)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in software automation testing.
• Strong programming skills in Python, .Net/C#, and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with Pytest and automated test development.
• Solid understanding of test design methodologies and validation principles.
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and analyze logs for troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in firmware or driver testing environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipeline tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases primarily using Python and Pytest frameworks.
• Integrate automated test workflows into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and rapid deployments.
• Enhance existing test tools and frameworks to improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
• Conduct limited validation to ensure automated tests accurately simulate real Device Under Test (DUT) scenarios.
• Analyze test results, interpret logs, and perform basic failure analysis to identify root causes of issues.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive technical documentation in English for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software development, QA, and DevOps teams to align testing strategies with project goals.
