• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an ABAP developer with a focus on SAP HCM
• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable training
• Integrative system understanding and specific knowledge in the development of relevant processes in SAP HCM and S/4HANA
• Experience in SAP application management as a developer or experience in S/4HANA implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield)
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• German language proficiency at C1 level (or communicative and willingness to learn)
• Willingness to familiarize intensively with German legal requirements and framework conditions

• Architecture, solution and implementation consulting
• Advising customers on the mapping of cloud-based HCM processes and creation of target/actual concepts
• Requirements and feasibility analyses, quotation calculation and presentation to customers
• Development, conception and design of modern architectural solutions
