Senior Project Manager

Benefit Systems International is part of the Benefit Systems capital group, operating in foreign markets including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Turkey, and Croatia. The company oversees the development of subsidiaries and provides business, legal, and IT consulting services. The Project Management Department manages changes in systems and processes delivered to subsidiaries.

• 5+ years of experience in management/technology consulting or business advisory in PM or similar role
• Experience in IT/Digital Transformations including operating model design and business process improvement
• Full project lifecycle management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Practical knowledge of Confluence and JIRA
• Bilingual proficiency in Polish and English in professional business and technical contexts
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into practical IT delivery
• Hypothesis-driven analytical thinking and risk-based decision-making
• Experience collaborating with and influencing senior management/C-suite
• Strong planning, risk/issue mitigation, and parallel task management skills
• High ownership and accountability with focus on value creation and outcomes
• Ability to anticipate roadblocks and resolve complex issues proactively
• Clear communication of complex information to technical and business audiences
• Adaptability, resilience under pressure, and strict confidentiality adherence
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in dynamic environments

• Lead complex IT and digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery and benefits realization
• Structure and drive advisory-style problem solving across business and technology domains
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, IT system requirements, and governance structures
• Facilitate decision-making workshops
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, vendors, and system integrators
• Bridge communication between business leaders and technical teams
• Establish and run project governance including steering committees, PMO, reporting, and decision frameworks
• Manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, dependencies, and change across multiple IT and business workstreams
• Prepare estimations and predict resources needed to reach objectives
• Develop and manage project schedule and work plan; monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment
• Implement and manage changes to project scope and timeline
• Report daily to the Head of PMO
• Participate in process improvements as necessary
