Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in supporting business goals by creating professional, high-quality visual content. • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Some experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating understanding of organizational goals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• 3+ years of experience with 3D modeling tools such as Blender, Maya, or comparable software.
• Knowledge of print production processes, including pre-press and post-press techniques.
• Familiarity with additional design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to create effective, visually compelling work.
• Fluent English required.

• Produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing team, content creators, product managers, and other partners to develop design solutions supporting marketing campaigns and projects.
• Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery and understanding of project goals and business deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and update designs.
• Address additional design responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor, including ad hoc requirements.
