Wymagania

  • Minimum 2 years of experience administering or supporting HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Solid experience in designing, delivering, or improving HR processes.
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures, integrations, and reporting.
  • Experience working with incidents, changes, and system releases.
  • Very good Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Analytical and investigative mindset with ability to connect system behaviour with business processes.
  • Strong sense of ownership and proactive approach to improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and confidently collaborate with stakeholders at different organizational levels.

Obowiązki

  • Configure, run, and continuously improve global HR platforms, primarily SAP SuccessFactors (PeoplePoint).
  • Translate HR business needs into robust system solutions.
  • Ensure high data quality and support critical global HR processes.
  • Contribute to system testing and training, process improvements, data reporting, and analytics.
  • Provide second-level technical support and assist in resolving system and process exceptions.
  • Manage changes and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with senior colleagues and team manager to deliver stable, high-quality HR system operations.
