Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience administering or supporting HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Solid experience in designing, delivering, or improving HR processes.
- Strong understanding of HR data structures, integrations, and reporting.
- Experience working with incidents, changes, and system releases.
- Very good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Fluent English.
- Analytical and investigative mindset with ability to connect system behaviour with business processes.
- Strong sense of ownership and proactive approach to improvements.
- Ability to work independently and confidently collaborate with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Obowiązki
- Configure, run, and continuously improve global HR platforms, primarily SAP SuccessFactors (PeoplePoint).
- Translate HR business needs into robust system solutions.
- Ensure high data quality and support critical global HR processes.
- Contribute to system testing and training, process improvements, data reporting, and analytics.
- Provide second-level technical support and assist in resolving system and process exceptions.
- Manage changes and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with senior colleagues and team manager to deliver stable, high-quality HR system operations.
