Senior Project Manager

Lundbeck Group Business Services Krakow (GBS Krakow) is a strategic part of Lundbeck, a global pharmaceutical company based in Copenhagen, specialized in brain diseases. The Krakow center delivers best-in-class operations and advice to the Lundbeck Group in areas including Accounting to Reporting, Procurement, IT & Business Process and System Support, People Services, Legal, Compliance & Sustainability, and Process Excellence & Transformation.

• Project management experience in SSC sector, minimum 6 years
• Expertise in Project Management methodology (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)
• English at C1 level
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM certificates or equivalent is an advantage
• Ability to lead and influence without formal authority in a complex, matrix environment
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Proven ability to navigate and manage diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership
• Excellent communication skills, able to tailor messages to different audiences and drive alignment
• Strong storytelling skills with ability to deliver clear, structured, and impactful presentations
• Confidence in presenting to senior and cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty, with ability to bring clarity where needed
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to create structure and governance where missing, while remaining flexible and pragmatic

• Lead end-to-end transformation projects as part of a strategic roadmap, including process optimization, automation, and AI-driven initiatives
• Contribute to building and scaling a high-performing PMO and new service lines within GBS
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and complexities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Work closely with global stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes and drive real business impact
