Wymagania

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (Helpdesk / Service Desk / IT Support)
  • Very good knowledge of Windows and macOS systems (MacBook)
  • English language proficiency at B2 level for communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune (MDM, device management)
  • Ability to diagnose and solve IT problems
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Communication skills and ability to work with users
  • Good work organization and resistance to time pressure
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of network issues (LAN/WAN)
  • Experience working in a large organization
  • IT certifications (e.g., ITIL)

Obowiązki

  • Provide IT support for business users and VIP users
  • Handle tickets via the ServiceNow system
  • Update data in inventory systems and Active Directory
  • Prepare, issue, and receive equipment for users, including workstation setup and relocations
  • Install and configure software (Windows, macOS, mobile devices)
  • Receive, send, and transport IT equipment, including heavy shipments
  • Operate printers, scanners, and multifunction devices
  • Diagnose and repair computer hardware
  • Manage videoconferencing equipment
  • Replace consumables (e.g., toners)
  • Participate in strategic projects within the Group
  • Create purchase orders
  • Analyze and resolve tickets according to procedures
  • Inform users about ticket status
  • Support IT department financial settlement processes
