Database Engineer, Patient Services

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medium multi-national company or consulting firm with a focus on analyzing big data sets
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science-related field (Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant)
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with Enterprise SQL Databases (Snowflake or Oracle preferred)
• Knowledge of ETL processes, databases, warehouses, data modelling, and related software skills
• Good level of Excel and very good knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Demonstrated competency in advanced analytic/data science tools, e.g. Python or similar technology
• Solid understanding of commercial datasets of large companies
• Strong analytical and quantitative skill set

• Work with the Patient Services Compliance team to create analysis and reporting solutions to support internal and external needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing systems to meet changing user requirements
• Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology
• Provide Business & Data Analysis and testing
• Design, develop, and implement new data sets and metrics
• Evaluate and validate existing measures and data sets
• Perform statistical analysis
• Provide Trend Analysis to Patient Services Leadership on performance and patient metrics

The role requires the candidate to be a holder of work permit and residency in Poland.
