Technical Support Engineer (Integrations & Product) | SpringWater team | Based in Europe

SpringWater is a sister company of Hostinger, operating in the affiliate marketing software space. It is a small international team focused on turning a strong SaaS product into a growth machine by leveraging great customer experience as a growth driver.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably at a SaaS company.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and ability to debug integration issues using browser developer tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English with clear, professional, and warm communication.
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly grasp complex user flows and work confidently across different software applications and environments.
• Self-directed, reliable, and proactive in identifying and acting on problems.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, billing platforms, or subscription SaaS workflows.
• 1-2 years experience with React or Vue.
• Ruby/Rails or other server-side experience.
• Experience with Intercom.

• Drive technical resolution: Troubleshoot integration issues, debug tracking and API problems, and review customer implementations to guide users through complex technical setups.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms to ensure reliable connectivity and seamless customer experience.
• Maintain and improve documentation including help center, API docs, integration guides, tutorials, and video walkthroughs.
• Own the support experience by responding to customer inquiries via chat and email with clarity and empathy, conducting calls or screenshares when needed, and occasionally reaching out to new customers.
• Become a product and industry expert by deepening knowledge of FirstPromoter and the affiliate and referral marketing space.
• Contribute cross-functionally by sharing structured customer feedback with product and development teams and collaborating with engineers and customer success on shared priorities.
