Business Analyst (with German)

Business & Technology Solutions (BTS) department is a team of business analysts, IT architects and project managers, who support clients in designing, planning, and conducting digital transformations in their business. They create a bridge between business objectives and IT solutions to achieve them. The team understands clients' business, challenges, and IT environment, then proposes, designs, plans, and helps implement new technological solutions or changes to improve or transform business processes. They often define requirements for new IT projects implemented by other Capgemini units or external partners.

• Proven experience in business analysis within IT projects.
• Experience in requirements analysis.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, supported by logical thinking.
• Experience working with internal and/or external clients.
• Good communication and flexibility in collaboration.
• Good understanding of agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, distributed team.
• Good command of German (B2+) and English (B1+).
• Highly responsible and well organized.
• Proactive and eager to learn and grow.
