• Practical experience in managing team as a Scrum Master or Team Leader in IT systems development.
• Knowledge and practical experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Knowledge of software development cycle.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent German.

• Act as a leader and role model supporting team and Product Owner.
• Develop self-management and interdisciplinary teamwork focusing on producing valuable elements, removing barriers and ensuring adherence to defined scrum ceremonies.
• Identify team needs and provide needed support.
