IT Support Specialist

• Education in IT or a related field
• Experience in IT Help Desk and Desktop Support roles
• Good knowledge of:
  • Windows operating systems
  • Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Microsoft Intune
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Basic understanding of networking and IT security
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an international, multicultural environment
• Good command of English, sufficient for daily communication with users and IT teams across the EMEA region

• Provide first-line IT support (Help Desk) for corporate users, contractors, and business partners across the EMEA region
• Deliver second-line Desktop Support, including:
  • Installation and maintenance of operating systems and applications
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Physical installation and configuration of IT equipment
• Support new employee onboarding, including equipment preparation, delivery, and basic user training
• Manage IT assets, including inventory, handover documentation, audits, and equipment lifecycle
• Administer IT systems such as Active Directory / Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
• Configure and support Microsoft Teams VoIP services
• Provide on-site IT support for regional and global IT projects
• Support local office IT operations and cooperate with external service providers
• Administer software licenses
• Support IT system validation and qualification (GxP) activities, including documentation
• Cooperate closely with Bausch Health Global and Regional IT teams
• Perform daily incident and activity reporting in ServiceNow
