Data Engineer

• Commercial experience as an ETL / Data Engineer
• Hands-on experience with IBM DataStage
• Experience with Informatica or similar ETL / data integration tools will be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, and Oracle DB
• Experience in building ETL flows for data migration
• Understanding of data warehousing and data mesh concepts
• Good understanding of data modelling
• Experience with Git for version control
• Experience working in Scrum / SAFe and self-managing teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Attention to detail and focus on code quality

• Work as part of a Scrum team on a data-focused banking project
• Develop ETL flows to support data migration processes
• Monitor and optimize ETL jobs for performance, stability, and efficiency
• Analyze mapping documents and data integration requirements
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business and technical needs
• Keep technical and development documentation up to date
• Contribute to data integration work with attention to quality and detail
