• 2-3 years’ experience working with SuccessFactors integrations with basic knowledge of message transformation & transmission between systems
• Strong hands on / user experience on Employee Central module
• A structured, proactive, and collaborative approach to work
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus

• Respond to Super-User Queries: Troubleshoot and resolve tickets and change requests submitted by key users
• Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Analyze and resolve issues related to application functionality, user access, and data retrieval
• Collaborate with Solution application specialists: Partner with our SuccessFactors application specialists to identify, report, and fix incidents, as well as developing and implementing enhancements
• Application Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of applications using various tools to ensure optimal functioning
• Documentation Management: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips
• System Updates and Upgrades: Assist in rolling out application updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption for users
• Compliance and Security: Ensure applications adhere to IT security policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Feedback Loop: Gather user feedback to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement and communicate findings to the IT and development teams
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential application issues and implement preventative measures
