Software Engineering Manager II, Chrome Agentics and Infrastructure

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience working with data, data processing, or data analysis.
• Experience in developer productivity.

• Define and drive the technical goal and roadmap, addressing ambiguous problems and ensuring technical excellence within your domain.
• Oversee the execution of engineering projects, driving architectural and design decisions while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Manage team staffing and foster a positive team culture, including performance management, career development, and mentorship.
• Exhibit leadership by influencing designs and plans across multiple groups and building strong collaborations with partners and stakeholders.
