AIA Integration Specialist (Oracle AIA)

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Integration Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle AIA, SOA Suite, and OSB.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP, and REST.
• Experience delivering integrations in large enterprise environments.
• Practical experience developing BPEL, Mediator, and OSB services.
• Ability to diagnose, monitor, and troubleshoot integration flows.
• Experience managing deployment lifecycles and configuration migrations.
• Strong communication skills and good work organization.

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating with Siebel, BRM, or OSM systems.
• Knowledge of WebLogic administration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Design and develop integrations using Oracle AIA, SOA Suite, and OSB within a SOA architecture.
• Develop and maintain BPEL, Mediator, and OSB services.
• Modernize and optimize existing integration flows.
• Analyze and resolve integration-related issues to ensure stability and reliability.
• Support ongoing maintenance of integration services across CRM, billing, and operational platforms.
• Manage deployments and configuration migrations across environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams across international environments.
