The Director of Data is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight and technical excellence of the organization's data ecosystem, focusing on building a scalable, high-performance data organization that supports modern drug discovery and clinical development.
Wymagania
- Substantial professional experience within the Life Science industry with deep understanding of GxP data integrity standards (ALCOA+), clinical data management, and pharmaceutical regulatory environments.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Analytics leadership with proven track record managing large-scale global data platforms.
- Expertise in designing and implementing modern data infrastructure, including Cloud Data Warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and Master Data Management (MDM).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor large, multidisciplinary data teams while managing significant capital and operational budgets.
- Mastery of English language to communicate technical data strategies to executive leadership and scientific stakeholders.

- Define and execute the global enterprise data strategy, ensuring alignment with R&D, clinical, and commercial milestones.
- Lead Data Governance and Quality initiatives to ensure 100% compliance with international regulatory standards and data privacy laws (GDPR/HIPAA).
- Direct engineering teams in building robust, automated data pipelines supporting real-time reporting and AI/ML model training.
- Collaborate with the Director of AI and other business heads to optimize the data landscape for predictive modeling and evidence-based decision-making.
- Act as the senior architect for data-related change management, driving adoption of a data-centric culture across the global organization.
