Senior Python Developer

Netguru is a trusted partner in digital commerce helping leading brands modernize B2B solutions, marketplaces, and retail ecosystems. Founded in 2008, it empowers businesses with cutting-edge technology, AI-powered personalization, and world-class engineering and design teams. The client for this project is a multinational science and technology company focused on Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics.

Must-have:

• Deep technical expertise in Python.
• Experience with Flask, Gevent, SocketIO, Gunicorn, Pytest.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+) and Polish.
• Must be located in the European Union due to client hardware provision.

Nice to have:

• Experience in frontend development, preferably React.

• Build upon the existing React frontend to implement new GxP interfaces (e.g., login, e-signature, admin panels) while preserving core scientific and analysis workflows.
• Preserve the existing Python backend and add new, parallel GxP-compliant services (for auth, audit, etc.) that integrate with the main application.
• Replace insecure JSON files with a lightweight, industry-standard SQLite database for secure user management and immutable audit trail.
• Maintain current web server configurations for serving Python and React applications.
• Automate the build process for the existing hardware platform's operating system to make it traceable and auditable.

You must be located in the European Union as the client provides their hardware.
