AI Data Engineer

Telemedi is a company in the healthcare sector employing programmers, doctors, and experts from other fields to create modern solutions that facilitate patients' lives. Their goal is to use technology to provide everyone with convenient and immediate access to medical care. Telemedi offers advanced digital healthcare solutions, including remote doctor consultations across over 20 global markets, leveraging AI and other high-tech technologies such as telemedicine, automated triage, medical device monitoring, and API integrations. Their services add significant economic value to insurance, assistance, healthcare, and financial companies in Europe, the Middle East, South and North America, including key global players like AXA, Allianz, Generali, PZU, VIG, Mondial, Europ Assistance, and Novartis.

• Experience building solutions with LLMs (autonomous workflows where an agent decides which tools to invoke and performs tasks step by step)
• Business curiosity: understanding the purpose of the work, users, and decisions made based on reports
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or TypeScript) for independently building pipelines
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Metabase, Streamlit, or similar
• Strong architectural intuition to design systems from data source to final report
• Ability to design data validation processes, knowing where to use LLMs and where traditional code
• A working AI portfolio demonstrating built projects
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and continuously evolving environment
• Fluent Polish language skills in speech and writing; English knowledge is a plus

• Design and build autonomous workflows that transform raw data into self-validating reports
• Map business processes and decide what should be automated with AI and what should not
• Build and maintain the analytical layer of the telemedicine platform
• Replace manual Excel reporting with intelligent, repeatable pipelines
• Build system architecture for data validation and monitoring the quality of AI outputs

The first three responsibilities constitute 80% of the work time.

• Regular presence in Warsaw, Mokotów is expected despite hybrid work option
• Fluent Polish language skills in speech and writing are required
