• 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS
• Comfort with analytics and growth metrics, including activation funnels and cohort analysis
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, CLIs, or AI authentication protocols with engineers
• Generalist mindset, thriving in ambiguity and context-switching
• Exceptional communication skills to translate between business, legal, and engineering

• Lead a fully cross‑functional, autonomous NordPass product team
• Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning and turn insights into shipped value
• Define and track a focused set of product health metrics (e.g., activation, adoption, retention) to guide daily, monthly, and quarterly decisions
• Partner closely with stakeholders across user research, sales, marketing, legal, application security, and data analytics to drive aligned outcomes
• Operate as a triad with your Engineering Manager and Product Designer to balance near‑term ROI with bold, long‑term bets
• Champion and enforce Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices throughout delivery
• Develop deep expertise in authentication and identity for both consumer and business segments, translating domain trends into product tactics
• Explore and shape the future of secure browsing and agentic AI–ready authentication; incubate innovations such as developer‑friendly CLIs and integrations
• Run experiments, synthesize findings, and iterate quickly while maintaining high quality and compliance
• Communicate decisions clearly, document trade‑offs, and align teams around crisp goals and measurable outcomes
