The role supports the Delivery Manager in coordinating and optimizing project delivery activities across multiple teams, focusing on schedule management, project progress monitoring, team collaboration, and communication.


Wymagania

  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
  • Practical experience in leading team meetings (retrospectives, status meetings).
  • Proficiency in Jira for task tracking, board management, and dependency tracking.
  • Knowledge of Confluence for documentation and knowledge base management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Sheets skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project scheduling, tracking, and monitoring risks/delays.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating international teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Trello, Smartsheet, or Jira Service Management.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for reporting and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Slack or Microsoft Teams for team communication.
  • Proven ability to create presentations, process flows, and diagrams.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.

Obowiązki

Project and Process Management:

  • Assist the Delivery Manager in coordinating the activities of the delivery team.
  • Maintain and define project schedules in collaboration with the Delivery Lead.
  • Track, monitor, and report on project progress, risks, and delays.
  • Define and maintain project communications to ensure clear and efficient information flow.

Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate team activities to align with project goals and objectives.
  • Organize and lead team meetings, including retrospectives and status updates.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.

Documentation and Content Development:

  • Assist in creating presentations, process flows, and diagrams.
  • Review documents for style consistency and formatting standards.
  • Manage the team’s knowledge base on platforms such as Confluence and Google Sites.

Meeting and Calendar Management:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Manage team calendars to ensure efficient workload prioritization.

Communication and Support:

  • Serve as a point of contact for administrative and operational support.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Manufacturing Technologies and Smart Manufacturing.

Risk Management:

  • Support risk assessment processes in collaboration with risk managers.

Design and Content Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the design team to produce branded content.
  • Assist with document styling and creation of visual elements.

Newsletter and Communication Tools Management:

  • Create and distribute newsletters.
  • Manage project communication tools.

Process Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and project delivery.
